Work Process & Methodology
We follow a structured, international standard-driven workflow for all fire-rated expansion joint installations:
1. Project Assessment & Site Visit
Our team of certified engineers performs a comprehensive site inspection. We assess structural movement requirements, joint widths, fire rating expectations, and identify the correct UL system(s) applicable.
2. Free Consultancy & Submittal Preparation
We offer free technical consultancy and develop a complete submittal package, including:
- System drawings & specifications
- Product data sheets
- UL system references
- Installation methodology
- Safety documentation
This is submitted to the client or auditor (e.g., RSC, Elevated, Nirapon) for review and approval.
3. UL-Compliant Installation
Our installations are carried out by trained teams, certified by manufacturers such as Hilti, STI, 3M, etc. Our team includes supervisors with credentials from BUET, DUET, or international fire engineering institutes.
4. Quality Assurance & Reporting
Upon completion, we submit a detailed Final Completion Report, which includes:
- Pictorial documentation (before/during/after)
- Product batch certificates
- UL System ID reference
- Installer and supervisor logs
- QA checklist as per RSC/Elevated requirements
