Our services use internationally certified products — such as HILTI (FS-ONE MAX Sealant ), STI Firestop (SpecSeal LCI Firestop Sealant), 3M (CP 25WB+ Sealant), and RectorSeal (Metacaulk 1000) etc.— and follow UL-listed system designs to achieve reliable fire containment and smoke control.

We install and certify penetration firestopping in a wide variety of substrates and assemblies: concrete slabs, gypsum partitions, service shafts, and duct walls. Our installations meet UL testing criteria for through-penetration and joint systems and are routinely accepted by third-party auditors.
