Our Intumescent Firestop Collar System is a high-performance fire protection solution used to seal combustible pipe penetrations through fire-rated walls and floors. Designed to expand under heat, these collars prevent flame, smoke, and toxic gas from breaching fire compartments — helping to maintain the structural integrity and fire resistance rating of industrial and commercial buildings.
Where and How We Apply
- Installed around UPVC, CPVC, and other thermoplastic pipes passing through concrete floors, gypsum walls, and shaft partitions.
- Suitable for use in factories, commercial high-rises, power plants, pharmaceuticals, and logistics facilities.
- Applied in both floor slab (bottom side) and wall surfaces, with UL-listed intumescent collars anchred securely.
- All penetrations are sealed with fire-rated sealants and mortar backing as per tested system requirements.
- Pipe diameter, fire rating (1 to 4 hours), and wall/floor type are verified before collar selection and installation.
